He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Johnson and Mildred Johnson (Crossant); and his brother Rod. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kealiher of Grand Island; his daughter Carrie of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Alex and Sophi; his daughter Kristi of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Maks and Caitlin; and his son Craig (Carrie) of Lincoln.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the family.
