He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lindner; his children, Kim Hannon (Pat) of Valley, Karla Schnacker of Hastings and Kevin Bombeck (Ashley Sheckler) of Hastings; his stepchildren, Brent Lindner (Michelle) of Grand Island and Jodi Schwieger of Overland Park, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Krista Cullen (Damien), Kelsey Chittenden (Jon), Kara Kasson (Lucas), Zach Schnacker (Chelsey), Kyle Schnacker (Aleisha), Ben Bombeck (Kristen Mackeprang), Riley Bombeck and Morgan Sheckler; his stepgrandchildren, Sydney Lindner, Cole Lindner, Cade Schwieger, Cooper Schwieger and Carson Schwieger; his brother Ivan Bombeck; and his sister-in-law Janet Bombeck.
