She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Augustine and Rosella Augustine (Rupp); and her sister-in-law Donna Augustine. She is survived by: her husband Col. Tom Jensen; her son Jeremy Wann; her stepsons, Ryan Jensen and Weston Jensen; her brothers, Ralph Jr. Augustine (Lois), Greg Augustine and Bruce Augustine; and her nieces and nephews, Rene Schuckman, Ryan Augustine, Rachael Pattillo, Nathan Augustine, Bethany Pfannenstiel and Mitchell.
