He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Maring and Opal Maring (Lewis); his sister Twilla; and his grandsons, Jonathan Wright and Logan Admiral Maring.
He is survived by: his children, Missy and Shelly; his wife Virginia "Ginny" Grayek; his children, Angel Smith (Jason), Melissa Lyons (Jeff), Michelle Hamilton (Sean), Louis Maring (Lou), Emery Maring (Jill), Emily Gittings (John), Victoria Maring and Jennica Maring; and his siblings, Raymond Maring, Marvin Maring and Joyce Schnoor. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
