She was predeceased by: her parents, John Michel and Nellie Michel (Hayworth); her husband William Karr; and her siblings, Phyllis Mueller (Roger), Eugene Michel (Peggy), Geraldine Jorn and Carol Lofshult (Karl).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Tomasek (Terry) of Basehor and Kelly Schneider (Steve) of Marana; her grandchildren, Tucker Tomasek (Jayme) of Snohomish and Trista; her stepchildren, Mike Karr (LeAnn) of Henderson and Nancy Abel (John) of Montrose; Lincoln Tomasek of Basehor. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.
