She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zulkoski and Clara Zulkoski (Siemek); her husband Robert Czaplewski; and her brother Thomas. She is survived by: her sons, Kellen Czaplewski (Ann) of Papillion, NE, Mark Czaplewski (Rita) of Grand Island, NE, Dr. Nicholas Czaplewski (Cheryl) of Norman, OK and Dr. Rodney Czaplewski (Connie); and her grandchildren, Beth, Derek, Rachel, Sarah, Bridget, Jessica, Michael and John. She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren.
