She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wiggins and Pennie (Cooper). She is survived by: her husband Mike Fuller of Grand Island, NE; and her children, Stephen Wallace (Tatiana) of Poulsbo, WA, QueNisia Brooks (Erick) of Waynesboro, VA, Alonda Wallace of Staunton, VA and D. J. Wallace of Hampton, VA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
