He is survived by: his wife Carol (Katzberg); his children, Kenny Owen (Carla) of Kearney, Kimberly Stebbing (Steve) of Henderson and Amber Seim (Danny) of Stromsburg; his grandchildren, Jarod Owen, Sydney Owen of Kearney, Alexandra McClellan (Aaron) of Cleveland, OH, Annalee Bamesberger (Will) of Phillips, Brennan Stebbing (Miranda) of Tampa Bay, FL, Jackson Stebbing of Lincoln, Abigael, Ava, Andilyn, Ryker Stebbing of Henderson, Carter, Ashton, Benson and Graham Seim of Stromsburg; his great grandchildren, Weston Bamesberger and Hadley McClellan; and his siblings, John Owen, Bill Owen, Bob Owen, Dr. David Owen (Amy), Barbara Schirkofsky, Janet Ward (Clem) and Marilyn Hiller (Tim). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews.
Suggested donations are to Peace Lutheran Church or Trinity Lutheran School/Heartland Lutheran High School (the future Grand Island Lutheran Schools).
