He is survived by: his wife Janel Roy; his daughter Ashley Lothrop (Todd) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Michael Charles and Magdalene Marie; and his siblings, William Tagart (Marilyn) of San Diego, CA, Robert Tagart (Pam) of Lincoln, David Tagart (Linda) of Crab Orchard and Casey Tagart (Tania) of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
