He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Warren, Janet Hays, Letha and Roy Smith; his aunt Kathy Eschliman; and his cousin Shawn Eschliman.
He is survived by: his parents, Dan Hays and Kristy Hays (Smith); his brothers, Eric and Greg Hays (Michelle); his nephews, Jayden and Carter Hays; his great-niece Amelia Hays; his uncles, William Hays and Lynn Eschliman; and his cousins, Jennie and Ramsey Eschliman.
