She is survived by: her fiancé Douglas Dady; her children, Alexis Grotz, Zachery Grotz, Austin Littrel and Harleigh Blome; her stepdaughter Haley Reeder; her granddaughters, Amelia and Gracelyn; her siblings, Dusty Baldwin (Crystal), Reni Blome-Higer and Rosalynn Miller (Kay); her in-laws, Steve and Nancy Dady; her sons, Rocky Grotz (Jenae) and David Stout; and her pets, Destiny, Gemma, Izzy and Molly.
