He is survived by: his wife Ruby; and his children, Paul Jakubowski (Cheryl), Patricia Schultz (Gene), David Jakubowski (Pamala), Tim Jakubowski and Shari Merrill. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren.
