She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Schlines and Minnie Schlines (Buettner); and her husband Buck Addink. She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn and Jacklyn; her grandchildren, Heather Tripp, Tom and D. C.; and her great grandchild Carter Tripp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends that became her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Grace Lutheran Church.
