He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent R. O'Connor and Angela C. O'Connor (Duffy); his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Phyllis Schmidt; his aunts and uncles, Ray, Francis Duffy, Grace Green and Marie Hamm; and his cousins, Robert, Barbara and Mike Green.
He is survived by: his friend Ken Stabb; his wife Jennifer Schmidt; his children, Sean O'Connor, Kelli Holl and Ryan O'Connor; his children-in-law, Ben Holl, Jeannie O'Connor and Lisa O'Connor; his grandchildren, Patrick O'Connor, Brennen O'Connor, Sienna O'Connor, Alma O'Connor, Ava O'Connor, Elijah Holl, Abigail Holl, Silas Holl and Sarah Holl; his siblings, Mary Martin (Scott) and Thomas Patrick O'Connor; and his cousins, Terry Duffy and Diane Duffy.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Saint Mary's Cathedral.
