He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kosinski and Dorothy Kosinski (Smollen); his siblings, Donald Kosinski, Edward Kosinski, Leona Miller (John) and Virginia Boswell (Dutch); his brother-in-law Larry Bosak; his nephew Richard Miller; his niece Amanda Bosak; and his brother-in-law Earl Albright.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Albright; his children, Patrick Kosinski of Grand Island, Michele Baasch (Richard) of Grand Island, Brenda Sundberg (Corey) of Grand Island and Kelly Buettner (Brett) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Cody Kosinski, Brady, Grace Baasch, Cole, Emma Sundberg and Schuyler Eatherton; his sister Barbara Bosak of Grand Island; and his sister-in-law Larraine Kosinski of Grand Island. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
