He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Ruzicka and Mary Ruzicka (Kocian); his children, Brenda Ruzicka and Scott Ruzicka; and his brothers, Jim, Tom and Bob Ruzicka.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Ogden; his sons, Brian Ruzicka (Teresa) and Mark Ruzicka (Denise); and his siblings, Pat Barr and John Ruzicka (Judy). He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
