We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, Richard Topinka of Grand Island, Nebraska, born in Central City, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Topinka and Alnetta Topinka (Karges); his sisters, Linda Roebuck and Lynette Goins; and his sister-in-law Patricia Topinka.

He is survived by: his wife Sheri Beck; his daughter Sarah Topinka of Lincoln; the mother of his child Sheri Topinka; his siblings, Bob Topinka and Cindy Warnick (Leon); and his brother-in-law Ric Goins. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
