He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joseph Golka, Michael Golka (Leah), Sarah Ruzicka (Shawn), Katie Czerwiec (Kris), Brian Golka (Madeline Burkemper), Brianna Olson (Dustin), Brett Brokaw (Leah), Brady Brokaw (Anna), Kylie Jussel, Kaci Jussel, Josie Golka, Sophie Golka, Addie Golka, Clara Genereux, Ryan Genereux, Aaron Golka, Madison Golka, Mia Golka, Cody Golka, Kade Golka and Marissa Golka; his great grandchild James Golka; his grandchildren, Eloise, Theodore, Phillip Ruzicka, Gabe, Lilah Czerwiec, Nadine, Loretta, Riley Burkemper Golka, Ruby, Elise, Claire Brokaw, Mallory and Nell Brokaw; and his sister-in-law Sharroll Golka (Ostdiek) of Omaha.
