We are sad to announce that, on November 13, 2023, at the age of 64, Roger J. Smith of Grand Island, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Rosemary Smith (Glaser); his brother Gerald Smith; and his brother-in-law Robert Wiese. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Smith of Omaha and Tristan Smith of Omaha; his siblings, Michael Smith (Phyllis) of Ft Collins, Jim Smith (Gloria) of Grand Island, Richard Smith of Grand Island, Joan Wiese of Grand Island, Mary Ann Stepanek (Rick) of Grand Island and Janet Savageau (Rich) of Anchorage, AK; Ashley Boltz of Grand Island. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous extended family.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
