With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rolland R. Bennett of Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bennett and Hattie Bennett (Lorance); his daughter Kristi Veeder; his siblings, Norman, Lyle Bennett and Ramona Bennett; and his brother-in-law Steve Warnke.
He is survived by: his former wives, Jolene and Kari; his stepson Kelly Flatness; his wife Lyla; his stepchildren, Christi and Marlon; his daughters, Ronda Bennett of Grand Island, Laurie Vargason of Grand Island and Patty Friedricksen (Dave) of Grand Island; his son-in-law Andy Veeder of Grand Island; and his sisters, Beverly Warnke of Grand Island and Angie Wilson (Garth) of Blanding, UT. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
