He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kaiser and Bertha Kaiser (Wagner); his wife Ruth Schoenstein; his children, Ralph and Marlene; his wife Pat Osborn; and his siblings, Roy, Irene Boelts and Merle Bruns.

He is survived by: his sister Doris Quandt; his grandson Stuart Kaiser; and his stepsons, Terry Osborn and David Osborn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
