He was predeceased by: his father George Paulsen; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Paulsen (Schultz); his wife Wendy Shaw; his sons, Travis, Trevor and Tyler Paulsen (Krystal); his grandchildren, Travis Paulsen (Sarah), Trevor Paulsen (Ericah), Jace Paulsen and Ellie Paulsen; his sister Jenifer Cook (Doug); his godson Andrew Cook; the mother of his children Wendy Bussinger; and his aunt Nancy Mugg.
