She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy G. Wade and Martha Wade (Iverson); her husband Louie Cook; and her son Brian. She is survived by: her son Lanny Cook of Grand Island; her daughter-in-law Chris Cook Turney of Illinois; her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Alap Shah) and Owen Cook; and her great grandchildren, Vikram and Gautham Shah-Cook.
