He is survived by: his brother Richard Hanssen (Cindy); his sibling's children, Nik Hanssen (Lacy) and Heather Peterson (Randy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wyatt Hanssen, Shane Hanssen, Elizabth Hanssen, Colbie Peterson and Zeke Peterson. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
