She was predeceased by : her parents, Cleith Sines and Evelyn Sines (Swanson); her former life partner Andrew Brown; her son Alan Wagner; and her brother Larry Sines.

She is survived by : her spouse Terry Wagner; her children, Heath Brown (Renee) of McCook, Teresa Ledford (Tim) of Grant, Sheena Smith (Daniel) of Grant, Crystal Wagner of Imperial and Kayla Prosser (Tom) of Grant; her siblings, Gary Sines of Arizona, Jack Sines of Imperial, John Sines (Annette) of North Platte and Trisha Oxford (Dave) of Enders; and her sister-in-law Rose Sines of McCook. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in Carol's memory for later designation.
