It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim R. Salsman of Grant, Nebraska, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jim R. Salsman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. I. Salsman and May Salsman (Cowherd); his wife Beulah Joyce Barry; his siblings, Evalyn Kirkegaard (Arnold) and Charley Salsman (Doralyn); and his son-in-law Mike Zoellner.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Salsman (Kathy) of Grant, Merry Zoellner of Lincoln and Ron Salsman (Julie) of York; his grandchildren, Danny Salsman of Grant, Michael Zoellner (Abby) of Omaha, Kaitlyn Zoellner of Lincoln, Abbie Neujahr (Jeff) of Lexington and Ryan Salsman of York; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Charlie, Finn, Clara Zoellner, Hank and Duke Neujahr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
