She was predeceased by : her parents, Bonnie Jean Green (Smith) and Kenneth Roger Green; and her stepmother Kathy Green. She is survived by : her fiancé Todd Lower of Grant; her brother JD Cartwright (Michelle) of Ogallala; her nieces and nephews, Stevie and Jayden; her sister Jennifer Green-Wolfskill of Denver, CO; her nieces and nephews, Zander of Denver and Jordan Lopez of Denver; her brother-in-law John Lopez of Denver; and her aunts, Paula Haynes of Grant, Peggy Green of Grant and D. Ann.

A memorial has been established in Tammy's memory for later designation.
