She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank W. Johnson and Marie Johnson (Samuelson); her husband Hubert Dey; her brother Glenn Johnson; and her niece Marta Dickson (Burg).

She is survived by : her sister Jean Burg (Marlo) of Lincoln, Nebraska; her brother-in-law Clarence Dey (Vonna) of Burwell, Nebraska; her nephews, John Burg (Debra) of Papillion, Allen Naber (Kristen) of Gresham and Richard Naber (Lucy) of Lincoln, Nebraska; her niece Donna Beck of David City, Nebraska; and her nephew-in-law Morton Dickson III of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by grand nieces and nephews; great grand nieces and nephews.

The family requests that donations be given directly to the family for distribution to charitable organizations.
