He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Brandi Rowland (Brian); his grandchildren, Kailee and Kyle; his siblings, Charlie Mann (Kim), Earl Mann (Inez), Bobbie Brown (Danny), JD Mann (Ruthie) and Linda (Earl); Connie Wyers (Kenny), Jerry Mann (Tina), Morgan Grant and Linda Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
