He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Alonzo Dobbins and Minnie Iva Dobbins (Needham); his sister Fern; and his granddaughter Paige Dobbins. He is survived by: his wife Fern Poeppe; and his children, Mary Dejong, John Dobbins, Robert Dobbins, Paul Dobbins, Brian Dobbins, Scot Dobbins, David Dobbins, Mark Dobbins, Anita Murnane and Kevan Dobbins.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the 72nd Street Chapel (1010 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114).
