He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence "Jack", Gloria Sager, Jack and Margaret Kortum. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Kortum and Gloria Kortum; his sister Sara Tyler (Trent); his sibling's children, Haylie Tyler, Hannah Tyler and Hayden Tyler; and his great-nephew Tobias Tyler.
