He is survived by: his sons, Jesse Allen (Jessica) and Justin Thomas (Brianna); his grandson Rhett Thomas (Tom); his wife Tracy Hines; his mother-in-law Claudia Perchal; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Perchal, Jean Krajicek (John), Kathy Carraher (Denny) and Kelly Soll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
