He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Manley. He is survived by: his father Weldon Sr. Manley; his wife Jessica Manley; his sisters, Marti Manley, Carri Fitzgerald, Lori Harris (Dave) and Jodi Gates (Russ); his parents-in-law, Ray Woodward (Nancy) and Nancy Woodward; and his brothers-in-law, Adam Woodward, Nicholas Woodward (Maria) and Joe Woodward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
