He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Keith Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Rapp; his children, Rob (Lianne Higgins) of Dalton, NE, Angie Rushman (Brooks) of Lincoln, NE and Chrissy Florke (Vernon) of Lodgepole, NE.; and his grandchildren, Katie Goeman (James), Danielle Loomis (Cade), Elizabeth Higgins, Jacob Rushman, Phillip Rushman, Luke Florke and Amelia Florke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins, and one sister.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Gurley or Dalton Volunteer Fire Departments.
