He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Ladine and Elsie Ladine (Thieman); his son Kevin Richard; his wife Phyllis; and his grandson Brandon.
He is survived by: his friend Phyllis Joyan Freudenberg; his children, Troy Arthur of Hallsville, TX and Lori Ann (Tom Coviello) of Dalton; his grandchildren, Monica (James Beardsley) of Kansas, Kayla (Chris Paris) of Iowa, Rachel and Erin Ladine of Texas; his stepgrandchildren, Tom Coviello and Melissa (Troy Hedin); his great grandchildren, Damian, Katiera, Raevyn, Hadley Beardsley, Savanna (Avery Hufford), Kevin, Alexia, Nolan Miller and Dylan Chaon; his stepgrandchildren, Teagan (Audrey), Gabrielle, Brennan Coviello, Trevor Krason, Everleigh Miller, Adeline and Cole Coviello; his siblings, Duane, Lyal (Joan Ladine) and Joyce Gibbons; and his sister-in-law Marvel Freudenberg Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
