He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Carlock and Harriet Carlock (Long); his brothers-in-law, Rodney Schlepp and Russell Miller; and his father-in-law Don Sullivan.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his siblings, Stanley (LaNeta Carlock), Cheryl (Sid Raile), Sandy (Junior Magley) and Linda Miller; and his parents-in-law, Virginia Sullivan, David, Catherine Sullivan, Bill Barner Dennis, Denise Sullivan, Sherron Sullivan, Curt, Wendy Keeler, Chester, Marcia Zwirn, Ida Heaton, Bruce Courtney and Joy Batt.

Memorials may be made to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund or Regent Park Nursing & Rehabilitation & Carriage House, 816 S. Interocean Avenue, Holyoke, Colorado 80734. Memorials are requested to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund or Regent Park Nursing and Rehabilitation.
