He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Meyer and Sarah Meyer; his wife Betty Eidsness; his brothers, Jerry and Ken Meyer; his sisters-in-law, Alice Meyer and Diane Eidsness; his niece Cheryl Meyer; and his great-nephew James Martinez.
He is survived by: his brother Bill Meyer (Pat) of Hartington, NE; his siblings-in-law, Mary Meyer of Moorhead, MN and Harry Eidsness of Canton, SD; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Madarassy, Larry Meyer (Shelli), Bob Meyer (Wendy), Jodie McCoy (Rick), Jill Bena (Wayne), Amanda Potts (Joe), Brenda Srejma (Brent), Peggy Meyer (Andy) and Steve Meyer (Amy).
