We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2022, George Lee Hirschbach of Hartington, Nebraska, born in Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Hirschbach and Thelma Hirschbach (Gallagher); his siblings, Darrell Hirschbach and Kay Scholl; and his niece Anne Scholl Blair.
He is survived by : his wife Gretchen Hirschbach (Sides) of Hartington; his children, Brent Hirschbach of Hartington, Dana Hirschbach of Hartington, Leslie Hirschbach Bez (Joel) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Blake Hirschbach (Nancy); and his niece Jamie Scholl Frye of Austin, TX.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, George requested donations be made to the following organizations and charities in which he was involved: Northern Prairies Land Trust; Heartland Humane Society; Boys and Girls Clubs of America (local chapter).
