He was predeceased by : his parents, George Walz and Marie Walz (Smith); his sister Patricia Berglund (Donald); and his sister-in-law Joann Walz. He is survived by : his wife Jan Walz of Hartington; his children, Rolanda Kortan of Lincoln, NE, Steven Walz (Ronda) of Omaha, NE and Scott Walz (Susan) of York, NE; and his brother Robert Walz of Kearney, NE. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
