She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Slack and Amy Slack (Maddox); her brother Irvin Slack; her brother-in-law Jerry Horn; and her parents-in-law, Clifford and Lala Wells.
She is survived by : her husband Lyle; her children, Susan Nabity, Johnson, Donna Derickson and David Wells (Michelle) of Grand Island, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Josh Derickson (Michelle) of Saint Helena, Nebraska, Jason Nabity of Sioux Falls, Keri Nabity of Sioux Falls, Janelle Seim (Anthony) of Aurora, Nebraska, Tracy Jakubowski (Ron) of Wood River, Nebraska, Jared Burbach (Emily) of Mankato, Minnesota, Samantha Villela of Alaska, Devin Zaugg of Grand Island, Nebraska and Hannah Zaugg of Grand Island, Nebraska; her great grandchildren, Eric Derickson (Samantha), Michaela Derickson, Samantha Nabity, Damon Nabity, Alex Seim, Zachary Seim, Julia Jakubowski, Mary Grace Burbach, Kailen Hanson, Kason Hanson and Aven Hanson; her great great grandchildren, Loretta, Marshall, Weston and Remi Derickson; and her sister Joy Horn of Fremont. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
