Carruthers Jr. of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Roseville, California, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A. and Mary K. Carruthers Sr. (Paschal).
