He is survived by: his wife Pam Sawicki (Hansen); his children, Melody Cox (Christina Hansen) and Christopher Sawicki (Nathan Sawicki); and his grandchildren, Bayley, Hunter, Cadence, Paxton, Koleman, Brayden, Owen, Gabby and Caitlin Sue.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Butler Volland Funeral Home Chapel (1225 N Elm Ave, Hastings, NE 68901).
Memorials may be given to the family to be established at a later date.
