She was predeceased by : her sister Dorothy Gephart; her mother Jacqueline Gephart; her brother Jack K. Gephart; and her granddaughter Maeve Jarzynka. She is survived by : her husband Mike; her children, Jennifer Ellis (Dale Ellis) and Jeremy Jarzynka (Cintia De); her father Jack Gephart; her grandchildren, Joshua, Audrey, Jenica, Eliese, Michael and Anakin; her great grandchildren, Violet, Declan and Thea; and her sister Cena Paxton.
