She is survived by: her father Eldon Grothen; her husband Bill McLeod of Hastings; her daughter Pamala (Justin Gregg); her grandsons, Braxton and Landon; her daughter Cassandra (Luke Bishard); her grandchildren, Ellianna, Lillian, Stetson and Goldie; her daughter Karissa McLeod of Pickrell, NE.; her mother-in-law Klara McLeod; her sister Karen (Darrin Nienhueser); her nephew Joshua Nienhueser; her nieces, Desirae and Tristan Junker; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rori and Mason; and her niece Melinda Nienhueser. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

She was instrumental in starting the Adams Central Schools Foundation and the AC Alumni Association.
