She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. "Bill" Douglas and Gladys G. Douglas (Fox). She is survived by: her sisters, Becky (Mark Hahn) and Misty Douglas; her aunt Shirley Neisner; and her cousin Joan Knisley.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
