George Earl Yerger Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 16, 2025, George Earl Yerger of Hastings, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Yerger and Velma Yerger (Wathen); his wife Jan Fetters of Lisco, NE; his sister Joyce Hambleton; and his brother-in-law Al Youngs.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Clouatre (Steve) of North Platte, NE, Michele Lawson (Kent) of Norfolk, NE and Staci Hajny (Tim) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Andrew, Angie Norman, Joel Norman, Max Clouatre (Victoria), Brooke Woeppel (Cletus), Lance Lawson, Sydney Miller (Matt), Jordan Cain and Brett Dieken (Haylee); his sister Lois Youngs; his brother-in-law Carlos Hambleton; and his close friends, Sarah Fairbanks and Brad Reiner. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
