Georgene J. Allen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, at the age of 95, Georgene J. Allen of Hastings, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Georgene J. Allen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George R. Rasmussen and Elsie Marie Rasmussen (Aldrich); her husband Robert M. Allen; her siblings, James and Jacquelyn; and her pets, Smokey Joe, Shotzie and Brinkley.

She is survived by : her children, Kristin (Denny Mui) of New York, NY, Erik (Melanie) of Hastings and Bryant (Melissa) of Hastings; and her nephew David Fuller (Nancy) of Hastings.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (621 N Lincoln Ave, Hastings, NE 68901). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Grand Island Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Start Over Rover or the Second Presbyterian Church of Hastings.
