He is survived by: his children, Cody Blanchard and Kelsey Wolfe; his stepdaughter Jessica Hammond; and his sisters, Joan Kinsley, Janet Cutino, Doreyn Hacker and Danita Boutin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
