He is survived by : his parents, Gary Prevette and Judith "Judy" Prevette (Pawloski); his wife Heidi Prevette; his daughter Josie; his son-in-law Noah Johnson; his son Jared Prevette; his grandson Weston Johnson; his sister Julie; his brother-in-law Sam Boydston; his brother John; his sister-in-law Karie Prevette; his parents-in-law, Kevin and Melissa Hart; his siblings-in-law, Holly, Mike Williams, Kassy and Phil Willey; and his stepgrandfather Frank Krovance.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
