James Rexford Hodson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 10, 2025, James Rexford Hodson of Hastings, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexford Hodson and Ruth Hodson; his wife Marilyn Mae Harder; and his sisters, Ruby Mays (Billy), Maxine Hodson (Hyla) and Nana Mayhew.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Hodson (Lori) and Gloriann Peddicord (Steven) of Hastings, NE.; his grandchildren, Kayla Hanson (Jeremy), Jade Siegel (Sam), Jalynda Hollister (Andrew), Christian Hodson (Nicole) and Jacob Peddicord (Sierrah); and his great grandchildren, Rexford, Redmond, Rockwell, Roman Siegel, Nolan, Nash Hanson, Scarlett, Sophia, Judd, Stella Hollister and Cooper Hodson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
